Infrared Heating Technologies’ implements sheathed metallic heating elements for a variety of industrial oven systems.
These electric tubular heaters are used to produce radiant and convective heat. A precision wound nickel-chrome wire is implemented to deliver an even heat distribution to the element sheath. High purity, grade A magnesium oxide is used as the internal insulation to insure the best thermal transfer and insulation resistance. These heating elements sheaths can be Incoloy, stainless steel, and steel alloys; and can be produced in a variety of shapes and forms.
Electric tubular heating elements operating temperatures range from about 750°F to a maximum of 1600°F.
